Design
Wireframes first, then the finished interface with every state drawn — empty, loading, error, success. You review in the browser, not in a slide deck.
Build
Weekly demos on a live staging link. You watch it come together and can redirect early, while a change still costs a day rather than a fortnight.
Ship
Deployment, DNS, monitoring and a handover walkthrough. The code is in your repository from day one, so nothing is hostage to us staying involved.
